Facts of Ferguson 4.0

Ignoring history lends us to repeat the terrible and costly mistakes made by those who have gone before us; to ignore the lessons learned the hard way by our predecessors. We all live through moments in time that are clearly a historical inflection point: the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson Missouri was one of those moments. For those of us who remember this event, we have the privilege and, I would argue, the responsibility to tell the truth about what really happened to those who come after us. So rather than relying on Google to inform our future generations about this national-scale tragedy, learn what really happened, remember what it felt like to live through this time, and tell them yourself. Hopefully, and against all odds, they can avoid making the same mistakes.
